A Carta Educativa do Concelho de Almada foi apresentada no Conselho Municipal de Educação que na mesma sessão foi constituido com a Tomada de Posse dos seus membros.
. A sua aprovação teve lugar na sessão do Conselho Municipal de Educação do dia 29 de Novembro, pelas 10 horas.
A UCAPA há vários anos vinha reivindicando quer a constituição do Conselho quer a necessidade do conhecimento da Carta Educativa e da programação da Rede Escolar do concelho.
